Monthly Spotlight: Redefining our Womanhood

Starting this month in February, each month Ride The Wave will highlight a mental health organization! We picked each of these organizations in which we feel connected to and fully support. Feel free to get involved, learn more, or, if the option is offered, donate to the organization to help further support their message and goals. In honor of Black History Month, we are giving the spotlight to Redefining Our Womanhood (ROW). ROW is a female Black-owned wellness service providing holistic and experimental mental health care. The founder and CEO, Kailyn Lynch was inspired to create this organization to fight negative perceptions of Black women. ROW is rooted in prioritizing Black women, and all marginalized people accessible resources. They hope to be the bridge to wellness by all who find safety in their space- a mission we truly love. Redefining Our Womanhood has a vision for all people to have access to personalized, accessible, mental health care and tools to live at their highest selves. We fully support ROW’s vision and would love to help aid in building the bridge to wellness.
